National PTA Reflections welcomes all grades and abilities to explore and be involved in the arts.  This year’s theme is “Look Within”. All works must reflect this theme in some way. Students can submit multiple entries in multiple categories.  Students will reflect on a common theme and create original works of art in the categories of:

- Visual Arts
- Literature
- Photography
- Music
- Dance
- Film

Special Artist -  All grades. Students who identify as having a disability and may receive services under IDEA or ADA: Section 504 may enter in the Special Artist Division or grade division most closely aligned to their functional abilities. The Special Artist Division welcomes all grades and all abilities and offers non-artistic accommodations for students to participate fully in PTA Reflections. Deadline:

All entries must be submitted to the PCY office no later than 3 pm on October 25, 2019

 

Awards:

All PCY students who participate will be recognized at a school reception. PCY winners will be sent along to compete among the LCUSD winners and then to compete among San Gabriel Valley District, State and National Levels. La Canada District Winners are also recognized at a District Reception in February.
